Join Paul and his team for a beginners level workshop. This is a beginner (and beyond) level workshop for conscious connected breathwork, offering tools and techniques that build resilience, our ability to breathe through life and self regulate from anxiety/stress to peace/calmness.
Providing a deep understanding of the ways in which we breathe and how this impacts every aspect of our lives – mentally, physically and emotionally. Helping to clear restricted breathing patterns, let go of emotional baggage, release tension and move from our head into our body. We will work to let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing and breath-holding and learn about your own breath pattern. We will breathe to release both physical and emotional tension from the body which can dramatically shift the way we feel, reduce anxiety and provide a sense of deep calm and higher states of awareness.
You will leave with this powerful technique that can provide balance and clarity both mentally and physically in your daily lives.
