💫Meet the Team💫

I’m Irene, I’m the face you see from Wednesday through to Fridays. I started my career out in hairdressing and moved onto reception in a warehouse then hotel, my last place of work was in community care, all jobs I’ve held were front facing customer service, I love working with people. I am chatty and love helping others.

In my spare time I love spending time with my son he is my world. I am also a keen crafter and like to share my handmade products with the people I care about.
I look forward to meeting everyone when they attend their appointments.

💫Meet the team!💫

Gemma works as a Chiropractic Assistant here and is also the clinics Operations Manager for East Kilbride, our 2 Glasgow clinics and also Ayr.

Gemma studied a HND in Sports Therapy and that's where her passion for the health and fitness industry began. She began her career as a fitness instructor and worked her way through the roles quickly to progress to management and became a health club manager at a young age. She has also competed in figure and athletic bodybuilding competitions and gained some trophies and a sword! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her young family and fiance.

You will find her in East Kilbride on a Monday and Tuesday! 😀

📢New chiropractor in town!📢

Dr. Kyle is an associate Chiropractor at East Kilbride Spinal Care. He holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Physiology from the University of Auckland.

As a competitive athlete and a varsity cheerleader at the National championship for the last six years running Dr. Kyle appreciates the necessity of proper form and function in athleticism. His previous background in physiology enables him to understand and view the body as a whole allowing him to guide you back through proper rehabilitation, and the necessary workouts to strengthen & stabilise specific areas to ensure that your brain and body are able to communicate and heal properly.

He understands to avoid injury and perform at your best, regular chiropractic care is a necessity. Dr. Kyle has experience and loves helping a wide range of clients from sports professionals / athletes, office workers to mums and bubs.
