This morning workout set was a killer.

15 min run

My superset (dumbbell incline)

Round 1, 12x rep. 30sec between exercises
-Dumbbell press
-Dumbbell flys
-Dumbbell push
-tricep pushups
-Last push-up hold for seconds equal to round i.e. 12secs
1 min rest
Round 2, 10x
1 min rest
Round 3, 8x
1min rest
Final Round 4, 6x

Four days in and I realised I haven't lost that much stamina. I thank my own devised blended workouts and shaun t. 😁

So yesterday I did 15min run. Surprised I did it without stopping. However I did slow down few times.

After the run I did max push-ups and did small chest and arms superset.

Body little swore now 😁 I can't wait to go in harder.

Remember when getting back into fitness not to over do it. Slow to fast, take your time. You will get there.

Finding that focus can be difficult but being determine to make a positive change in your life will get you there.
