This is Alex. Alex is an account manager for Wella. She loves the Gym, walking her dog, kicking the s**t out of pads, and Running. 🏋️‍♀️🐶🚶‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏼‍♀️

I don’t usually do progress updates, but Alex’s transformation thus far is too good not to be shared.

Alex approached me with the main goal of fat loss and increasing her definition. What she has already achieved is unbelievable, and I think she has much bigger goals in mind. 💪🔥

Here’s just a handful of Alex’s achievements during our time working together so far:

🔥 21 lbs of weight lost.

🔥 8 cm’s of fat lost just below her bust.

🔥 4 cm’s of fat lost from each arm.

🔥 12 cm’s of fat lost around her waist.

🔥 12 cm’s of fat lost from her hips.

🔥 4 cm’s of fat lost from each of her thighs.

A whopping total of 48 cm’s of fat lost across her body. 🤯🤯

She’s healthier, happier, fitter and more confident… and is learning exactly how to maintain this long term. 💪

Matt loves walking 🚶‍♂️, watching football ⚽, socialising with friends 🍻, and spending time in London 🇬🇧.

When Matt approached me, he was sick of having no energy, feeling lethargic, and making no progress with his weight loss. Despite training 4-5 times per week, he wasn’t seeing the results he desired. 😔

We kept his training routine the same but focused on a few key fundamentals around his nutrition and general movement to get him on the right path. And now? The results speak for themselves! 🔥

Since we began working together, Matt:

This is Vik. Vik is a Nail Technician and loves her training. 💅🏋️‍♀️

Vik initially approached me as she wanted to get in the shape of her life, feel strong, confident and improve her overall health and wellbeing. She’s already come so far and has much bigger things in the pipeline. 👊

Due to her sedentary job we needed to put a lot of emphasis on her nutrition and her movement to strip the fat off and retain her existing lean muscle. 💪

Over this last year we’ve focused on fuelling her training and building upon that lean tissue.

Since we began working together, Vik has:

❤️ Lost over 10lbs.

❤️ Lost over 23cm’s of fat across her body.

❤️ Increased her strength, happiness and confidence.

❤️ Gained a better understanding of how to fuel her training through nutrition.

❤️ Improved her daily energy levels.

Fancy a challenge?

Each year since I began my coaching journey, me and the team have taken on a new challenge. 💪

My aim has always been to build a community of people who live to have fun, but also care about their health.

So far we’ve completed:

🔥 Tough Mudder 5k
🔥 Tough Mudder 10k
🔥 Tough Mudder 10+ Miles (TBC Sept 2024).

However, next year I wanted to arrange something a little bit different.

Next year I want to climb Ben Nevis, the tallest mountain in the UK (1345m). 🗻

What’s the plan?

F**k knows, but there will be one.

I’m aiming for the back end of Summer 2025. ☀️

Currently I’m just gauging interest and will then put a WhatsApp group together.

The aim is to find accommodation for two nights, start the climb early and head back once we’ve completed the ascent and descent for celebratory drinks and of course FOOOOOOOD. 🍻🍹🥂🎉🍕

Then we’ll travel back the following day.

We currently have 21 people and I’m hoping we can add as many people to the group as possible.

This is Gareth. Gareth is a Paramedic and a Lecturer. He loves to paddleboard and is not impartial to a bit of pick n mix. 🍬🚑

Gareth’s main objectives when he approached me were to lose some body fat and build a bit of muscle. He also wanted to feel healthier, more energised and happier in himself. 💪🔥

During the time we were working together, Gareth has exceeded all expectations by a mile. Since we began working together, he has:

❤️ Lost 53 lbs.

❤️ Lost over 90cm of fat across his body.

❤️ Increased his daily movement.

❤️ Improved the quality of his diet and has a better understanding around the fundamentals of nutrition.

❤️ Increased his strength and lean muscle mass.

❤️ Enhanced his overall mood and wellbeing.

❤️ Increased his confidence and performance.

This is Lucy.

Lucy approached me because she wanted to lean out her physique for her holiday. As you can see, her results are absolutely incredible! 🔥🔥

Looking at Lucy’s starting pictures it doesn’t appear that there’s much body fat to lose, but she’s managed to remove an impressive amount of body fat, all achieved around her busy life as a Paramedic, as well as managing her social life. 💪

What Lucy was able to do well was be consistent with everything, and that’s really what gets results.

Her training, sleep, movement and nutrition were all on point. Which is incredibly difficult to do when working such demanding shifts. But her planning and preparation were second to none. 👏

Whilst working together, Lucy has achieved some incredible results:

❤️ She’s lost 36 cm of fat across her body.

❤️ She’s lost 16 lbs of fat in total.

❤️ She now squats well over her own bodyweight, which is just cool to be able to do.

❤️ She’s increased her strength, confidence and happiness.

❤️ She’s found a routine that works for her and is sustainable.

Well done Lucy, you absolutely smashed it! It’s been an absolute pleasure to coach you and you deserve the results you’ve achieved. Hope you’re having an amazing time away! 😊💪🔥

Another incredible month of travelling for my water bottle across February and March!

3 months down, 3 to go… There is still plenty of time to win prizes in this competition.

Over the last two months, my water bottle saw: The Acatenango Volcano in Guatemala, London’s Tower Bridge and Trafalgar Square, El Salvador, The Fortuna Waterfall in Costa Rica… for the 2nd time, Mainland Spain, Tunisia, Malta, AFC Wimbledon’s changing rooms, Sydney Australia, Croatia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Honduras, Greece, Turkey, Italy and Portugal… andddd breathe. 🇬🇹🇬🇧🇸🇻🇨🇷🇪🇸🇹🇳🇲🇹🇦🇺🇭🇷🇲🇪🇨🇾🇭🇳🇬🇷🇹🇷🇮🇹🇵🇹

The winner of the bonus point for February, with the most creative upload - goes to Mr . The Volcano pic in Guatemala is pretty fu***ng cool… 😍

The winner of the bonus point for March goes to with her upload in Athens. 👏

Holly has flown into the lead and taken top spot from Rob with her cruising around the globe. They have created a pretty big gap at the top, however I see some others creeping into this… 👀

This is Jack. Jack is a Gardener, loves a bit of Football and enjoys spending time with friends and family. 👨‍🌾⚽️

When Jack approached me he was looking to lose some body fat, increase his muscle and strength and improve his confidence. He also wanted to add some structure to his daily health routine.

He was sick and tired of feeling miserable about the shape he was in. He was insecure about his physique and his diet quality wasn’t helping with how he was feeling.

During our time working together, Jack achieved some incredible results:

❤️ He lost over 20lbs of fat.

❤️ He completely changed his body composition.

❤️ He now has a much better understanding around the fundamentals of nutrition.

❤️ He’s increased his happiness, strength and confidence through exercise and nutrition.

Most importantly, he’s done it all in a healthy and sustainable way, including all of his favourite things along the way. Well done mate. 😊💪

I’m a bit behind with the Walking Week updates… as you can tell.

I didn’t think we’d see an improvement on February/March step totals vs January, but it seems everyone has upped their game even more over the last couple of months. 🔥🔥🔥

February produced a new weekly record of 164627 steps set by . Knocking ‘s record of 144275 off of the top spot. Well done! 😊👏

We had a few who hit over 110k steps for the week in Feb but didn’t make the medal table… 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣 Particulary who was pipped to 3rd place by by just 107 steps. 😱 also somehow missing out on a medal with an impressive PB total of 128444 steps, and .baines doing the same with a PB total of 110575. 👏👏👏

March produced more incredible totals - with FOUR people hitting over 130,000 steps for the week. 🔥🔥🔥

Vik claimed her 2nd gold medal in a row with another impressive total of 155,078.

took a well deserved silver medal with a total of 142,066. 👏👏

And Jan finally got onto the medal table after narrowly missing out twice this year. An excellent total of 137,693. 👏👏

All of these steps count towards your annual totals, so this puts you all in with a chance of winning the highest total prize. 👊💪

This competition is all about consistency, so let’s see who can continue to keep this pace up. 👀💪

Throwback to Jess’ fat loss journey. Jess is a store manager and loves the gym, walking, football and socialising. 🏋️‍♂️🚶‍♀️⚽️

When Jess approached me, she was looking to lose some fat from her tummy, tone up and generally improve her overall health. She absolutely smashed her 12 weeks of coaching. 🔥

Jess is generally very active and on her feet a lot, so we utilised her existing strengths. We then put additional focus and attention onto her diet and started to progress her training in the gym. 💪

Since we started working together, Jess achieved some astonishing results:

❤️ She’s lost 17cm around her hips.

❤️ She’s lost 8.5cm around her waist.

❤️ She’s lost 22 pounds of body fat.

❤️ She feels more happy and confident in herself.

❤️ She has more energy.

❤️ She’s drastically increased her strength.

❤️ Her sleep quality and length has improved.

She did all of this whilst enjoying all of her favourite things, including her Birthday trip to New York. 🗽

Holly’s Story… Party girl to dream job in just 6 months.

When Holly approached me she was at a crossroads…

She’d just hit her late 20’s and had a dream of being a successful dancer/singer.

See she’d enjoyed her 20’s… Late nights, fast food, and some very fun drinking sessions.

But what she hadn’t realised was what this had done to her body.

This meant that she was missing out on some top roles in her industry.

As she looked in the mirror she realised she wasn’t 20 anymore and something had to change.

And that’s where all this started.

Holly had a set amount of weight she wanted to lose…

But I helped her see it wasnt about a set number, it’s about how she felt in herself and how she performed.

And so we set to work.

The first thing we did was review her weekend lifestyle…

It wasn’t about not going out and having a good time…

Instead it was making small changes that had a big impact…

Overnight she was able to make a few tweaks that helped her party in a way that was sustainable…

Within a few weeks she was STILL going out and living her best life…

But doing so in a way that helped her achieve the results she wanted…

And then we changed the way she exercised.

Instead of spending hour after hour on the treadmill or bike with little to show…

I taught her how to use her body’s natural movement mechanics to get lean and fit in as little as 3 x 30 min workouts per week.

She hadn’t realised just how effective these simple techniques were for women and admitted to ‘never going near the weights area’ in the past.

Weeks later Holly was truly living her best life and was a completely different person.

She felt great… She loved the way she looked in the mirror…

She’d not only beaten her targets, she’d doubled them.

And she had more energy and vibrance, which meant she’d got the job offer she’d always desired…

She also completed a photoshoot for her portfolio.

Best of all she was STILL able to enjoy an incredible night’s out with her friends…

Right now I’m looking for 3 women who are ready to get their own ‘dream results’.
