allaboutthecalm@gmail.com Hello, welcome to my page. My name is Bonnie McNabb, I am a Relax Kids coach and level 3 forest school practitioner based in Shirland Derbyshire. I have been working with children for over 15 years as a teaching assistant. I am also trained in story massage and mindfulness and have a BSc (Hons) degree in psychology with philosophy. I get huge satisfaction from seeing children build up their own sense of self belief, developing their confidence, raising their self esteem, overcoming anxieties and finding resilience. It is so rewarding to help them to do this in a fun and relaxed way. I run Relax Kids classes in schools, as after school clubs and in the local community. I also work collaboratively with Kate from Shining Cliff Hostel in Shining Cliff Woods, Ambergate, Derbyshire. Together we host a variety of sessions for children, adults and families.
