Reiki Healing Hi, I'm Meghann! My mission is simple.

I'm a yoga, meditation and somatics teacher, reiki healer, EFT and matrix reimprinting practitioner, mindset and holistic coach and transformational facilitator for women's healing. I regularly host classes, women's circles, workshops and retreats and I also work with clients on a one to one basis. I want to help as many women as possible awaken to the limitless potential they have within. I believe that the pain and suffering you have experienced in your past doesn't have to define your future. I believe that you are worthy of deep healing and lasting positive transformation in your life. I believe I have the tools and experience to get you there. So, if you are ready to let go of the conditioning of the past, to alchemise your pain into purpose and to grow and transform into the best version of you yet, then I'd be honoured to help you on your journey.

Just like nature, you too have your seasons and cycles. Unique rhythms of creation pulsing within you. You are a cyclical being. Not meant to constantly be in bloom. Sometimes you’ll feel effortless in your opening. Other times you’ll feel the pull inwards back to the fertile darkness of your sacred inner being ✨

Feel the ripples in the void as your energy gently ebbs and flows like the ocean tides. A divine dance, as contraction surrenders to opening and you begin your expansion once more. Ever in motion, petal by petal peeling back, the sacred bliss of your becoming 💛

Our next full moon circle at .retreat will take place on Friday 7th November and we’d love you to join us. Falling under the sign of earthy, grounded, loving Taurus, this moon is calling you back to your heart. Back to the steady foundations of the most important relationship you will ever have - the relationship with yourself ✨

So excited for my next Soul & Sound event at .retreat on Sunday 19th October, 3-5pm 💫

This month we’ll be leaning into the energy of sacred surrender and how powerful this practice can be ✨

Slow intentional movement to shift and expand your energy. Easing into a state of complete surrender, where my magical crystal bowls will then take you on a journey to awaken the bliss within 💛

It’s not through force but through surrender that we find our way back to our centre. Releasing all that is no longer aligned in order to step into all that we are meant to be 💫

As the days start to shorten and the warmth and light starts to fade, the Earth calls us back home to ourselves to nurture, soothe and regulate our bodies, hearts and minds once more 🍂

And the moon too calls us in closer, back to her rhythms and cycles, ready to whisper her wisdom and to breathe life back into our tired bones 🌕

Autumn is such a beautiful time for self-care and replenishing our energy from the busy and often overwhelming energy of summer. The leaves are changing and beginning to fall at .retreat and the yurt is super cosy with beautiful candlelight and warm fires 🔥

We have been holding our full moon circles here for over 3 years now and everyone who has attended has brought something very special and unique to these circles. Our intention has always been to hold a safe and sacred space where you can reconnect with yourself, tune in to your inner wisdom, and feel supported by like-minded women. It’s been such an honour for us to witness the deep healing and transformations that have taken place for so many of you during this time 💫
