I have been working within dance and movement for the past 30 years. I then went onto train with Stott Pilates,
which incoporates a more contemporary approach. I have continued my training
throughout my career, working with the best in the industry and evolving my
practice. I have also trained in reformer pilates, which provides individuals a more
challenging and deeper workout. My classes are a mixture of classical pilates fused with yoga postures,
which adds flow and stretch, whilst still being mindful of core stability and
well-being. For beginners, I suggest a one to one in my private studio, so that I
can assess your needs, and work with you to build up your core strength and
mobility. My group matwork classes are structured for all abilities, so whether you are a
newcomer or well practised in pilates, you will still be challenged, continuing to
