About Holistic Fitness
With over six years experience within the Health and Fitness Industry Laura has gained extensive knowledge on how to take care of your overall health and wellbeing. Holistic Fitness looks at each clients lifestyle; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual factors into consideration before designing a bespoke fitness programme which goes beyond the exercise that you get at a gym.
During Laura’s time living in Sydney she had the opportunity to work for two of the biggest gym chains within the industry (Fitness First and Anytime Fitness) and along side some of the best personal trainers in the business. Australians have a completely different outlook on healthy living and are way ahead of the game, it was infectious and inspired Laura to start up her own business on her return back to the UK.
Services: One-to-one, private group training, fitness programme, nutritional advice, postural analysis, stretching and mobility workshops, bootcamps and retreats.
Qualifications: Personal training Level 3, GP Referral, Aqua Fitness, Circuit Training, Gymnastics Level 1 and Level 2 Swim Teaching.
