Welcome to Flair for care, leading specialists in the supply of temporary and permanent nursing and care staff. Dedicated to providing nursing and care staff solutions at the highest level for temporary or permanent healthcare.

Flair for Care is a new care Agency located in Macclesfield, providing care services across the whole of the Cheshire region. Whilst we are a young Agency we have over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry.

The Agency is run by Marjukka Steedman and Anne Marie Richardson, who are a highly dedicated, professional team with extensive experience in the care industry. Marjukka is an RGN with both hospital and care home experience, whilst Anne Marie has worked in medical administration for over 20 years. Both individuals have a strong business ethic and know the value of a professional flexible approach in providing healthcare solutions to hospitals and care homes. Our hands on approach enables us to successfully match care staff to client’s specific needs with the minimum of fuss or delay.

All of our staff are hand picked so that we can ensure the highest levels of care and professionalism. What’s more, our Nurses and Care staff are reassuringly DBS checked and are all enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals.

Looking for staff?

Flair for Care can supply highly professional Nurses and Care Workers at a moments notice to meet your staffing shortfalls. Our response time is as little as 15 minutes and we can offer staff 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

As our Carers and Nurses are locally based we can get staff to you quickly, should you have any shortfalls in your staffing levels due to sickness or holiday cover.

Flair for Care offers a unique package for Nurses and Care Staff. Not only can you choose where and when you want to work, you will also be guaranteed one of the most highly competitive rates of pay in the local area.

If you are a Nurse or Care worker with at least 2 years work experience in the healthcare industry you can apply to start work straight away. (All Nurses must have NHS Pin Numbers). However, if you do not have any experience we may still be able to supply you with a steady income, once we have provided you with training to NVQ level.
