Really enjoying being outside more and seeing lots of flowers springing back to life, it really energises me.

It is lovely seeing all the flowers emerging again, after a long winter and the days getting longer giving us more energy.

Well today has been a great day as I am now a fully qualified Advanced Drawing and Talking Practitioner.

Just want to thank all my family, friends, work colleagues and the Drawing and Talking group for supporting me on my exciting journey.

Hello well on half term break this week so been busy making contact with new people within local communities and schools and getting some lovely feedback, which is very encouraging. I know it takes time to build these relationships and I am feeling positive about the future. It’s also Valentines today a day l love but know it is also a difficult day for some people.
Just want to send my friends and followers some love today as it makes the world a better place ❤️

Spring is in the air and I am feeling energised.

I’m spending time connecting to people who l can support with Hold the Space.

Have spoken to schools and individual people regarding supporting children with Autism, ADHD and social and emotional anxiety through the Drawing and Talking intervention l provide.

Life is getting busier by the week and I am getting some really positive feedback.

Very excited to share that I have secured a venue for “Hold the Space “ at the community centre at Fairford Leys in Aylesbury.
It is a quiet calm space and a perfect environment for me to support you.

Hope the New Year is going well for you all. I’m currently working on finding a suitable venue for “Hold the Space “ so l can start working with individual clients.
Plans are going well and should have somewhere sorted soon.
