Deadlift session was really hard tonight
5 sets with 3 reps
Before workout I took 2 scoops of Ark 1 from

Hello Guys
I have been little bit quiet per last few days
Just because i training very steady to get back to heavy workouts
Back its nearly ok,still i can't lift that much as i like
Yesterday i have done my 1st strongman session in City Gym in Worcester
I have done few sets with log up to 120
Yoke run up to 300-320
and farmers walk up to 120 kg ich hand
My recovery going very well
Supplements from

Next week i am going for my holiday with wife,after 7 days i will start preparing for next season(i will try carry on my training jurnal)

Feel very well before Swindon Strongest Man in Open class
Ark 1 Ark 2 and Ark 3 working really well for me,
Ark 1 its a very good and strong pre workout
Ark 2 Vitamins which working very well with Ark 1
and the best one Ark 3 Post workout Purple pills,like for me honestly the best post workout ever
You can train 4 hours like animal,take 4 pills after session and for another day You ready for another one
