Nature lives in the moment.

It doesn’t worry whether its grass is green or if enough water will fall to help it grow.

It just continues along its merry way.

It’s we humans that allow our minds and emotions to play havoc with our equilibrium.

There are always challenges in life, and across the world, but it’s how we respond to them that matters.

Living in presence keeps us emotionally calm and level headed.

That’s the happiness spot 😍.
