Relax & Restore Blissful Immersion is a transformative workshop designed to guide you on a journey of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner harmony. Through a carefully curated blend of restorative yoga, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra, this immersive experience offers a sanctuary for the mind, body, and spirit.

During this workshop, you will be gently guided through a series of restorative yoga poses, supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing the body to completely surrender and release tension.

Integrating breathwork techniques throughout the session, you will learn to harness the power of the breath to cultivate inner peace and presence.

The centrepiece of the workshop is the deeply nourishing practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. Through guided meditation and systematic relaxation, you will journey into a state of profound rest, while remaining fully conscious and aware.

This wonderful retreat will nourish both body and soul! Marrakech is a truly unique place – you’ll feel like you’ve landed in a completely different world, where all your senses are being stimulated! With so many beautiful corners to explore in between yoga classes, colours, aromas, music, spices – our luxury yoga retreat in Morocco is a real cultural experience. You can stroll through the winding alleys of the outdoor souk markets, beautiful palaces and traditional riads. Indulge your whole body in our exclusive Hamman Spa for some beautifying indulgence and take part in more exciting Moroccan adventures. All of this with plenty of time to chill out and relax at the beautiful pool in our hotel.

Lorraine will teach two yoga classes a day – a sunrise, rooftop Vinyasa flow class in the morning (with stunning views all around), and an evening restorative, meditative yoga class at sunset.

Exploring Marrakech and surrounding area in a group is a fantastic way to see the sights without feeling overwhelmed. Everything will be arranged for you from Airport Transfers to the delicious food you will be eating.

With each breath we absorb not only oxygen, but also Prana. Prana is cosmic energy, the power in the Universe that creates, preserves and changes. It is the basic element of life and consciousness. The breath in yoga is fundamental to good practise, health and well-being.

What an incredible start to our first ever 200 HR Teacher Training Programme created and led by Yoga Alliance Professionals Pro- Trainer Lorraine Harkins.

Our Yoga Teachers in Training were AMAZING and have learned so much in such a short space of time already-

🧘‍♀️ Thank you to everyone who joined us for an incredible yoga retreat last week at the Luxury Retreat at Patrick Brompton Hall, Yorkshire. with a wonderful group of yogis!

We enjoyed a lovely escape from reality, in gorgeous surroundings, with time to connect with ourselves and others, improved our yoga practice with flowing vinyasa yoga in the beautiful yoga studio heated by a log fire and the blissful practice of Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique that allows a state of profound rest and rejuvenation.

We enjoyed nature walks amidst the picturesque surroundings, and we had a lot of fun too, with a surprise drumming session, lovely meals and chats!

Mandala Vinyasa yoga, is a practice that works towards a firm intention and established on the four elements that bring connection between you and each of the Elements in the Universe – Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each of these elements have their corresponding Chakra and group of muscles:

Air– quads and backbends. Energetically activating Anahata Chakra, related with our social identity and self-love, finding space in our hearts.

Fire– glutes and IT bands accessing through twists. Energetically activating Manipura Chakra, our solar plexus, related with our will power and ego identity.

Water– groin and hips. Energetically activating Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra, our source of movement and connection, related with our reproductive system.

Earth– hamstrings and forward folds. Energetically activating Muladhara, the Root Chakra, related with grounding and safety.

When you come to our yoga classes, you will enjoy a fully immersive experience, that will leave you feeling relaxed, revived and strong. Breath Beat Flow Yoga is a meditative style of yoga that emphasises the fusion of the mind, body, and breath into a rhythmic and flowing practice.

Yoga to music helps the mind-body-breath connection and music can inspire you to move, regulate your nervous system, and help you be more in harmony with your practice.

Connecting with your breath is a method for being present. When you concentrate on each aspect of the breathing process, you are present; you let go of the past and future and are focused on the moment inside the breath.
