My clients often say they feel stuck, they don't know why they can't even explain it!! Some will say they don't understand what holds them back, they just cannot seem to move forward, they seem to progress then out of the blue the same old stuff happens!! You think by leaving the relationship, moving house, changing jobs it will pass and give you a new opportunity to grow. Well, my experience of working with many clients who come to me for help with pain, trauma, abuse, addictions, bereavement, feeling stuck is that we are not dealing with the hidden blocked energies, and so it becomes really difficult to transform and reawaken. When I work with my client's energy we can release, identify and heal the hidden blocks, so that every time you make a change and move forward that old stale energy you never knew you were carrying is severed and healed allowing you to experience freedom !!!
