*INSPIRATION OF THE DAY!
Pat exercises 5 days a week, 3 of those are personal training sessions. All these with the following new joints:
1 shoulder
1 elbow
2 hips
2 knees
Both feet rebuilt
A broken neck from a car accident
Osteoarthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis
Plus Pat has lost an incredible 8 stones!!!
She's a brilliant, wickedly funny, determined lady and a total inspiration.

Everything in moderation. I've done two 90 minute walks today (my dog is shattered and snuggled up in her bed) and I have a really mad, fun Zumba class later. Methinks that I'm allowed a scone straight from the oven. GLUTEN FREE, with coconut flour, ground almonds, maple syrup, coconut oil and other yummee ingredients which are gentle on your gut. I have the recipe (obviously 🙄) if anyone wants it 😘

Home made granola. Yummee! It's made with oats, mixed nuts, mixed seeds including chia, desiccated coconut, a little grated orange rind and a sprinkling of cinnamon together with a LITTLE drizzle of 100% maple syrup. Bake at 180 for around 20 to 25 minutes but keep stirring so it doesn't burn. I add the coconut in the last 10 mins so that doesn't burn. Because I suffered from IBS for over 20 years I follow the FODMAP diet, which this recipe follows!! Try it, it's gorg and easy peasy to make!! ❤️
