INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY & COUNSELLING
Face-to-face - £35.00
Skype Therapy - £35.00

COUPLES COUNSELLING & FAMILY PSYCHOTHERAPY
Couples counselling / psychotherapy - £40.00 (or £45.00 with two psychotherapists)
Family counselling / psychotherapy - £50.00 (or £55.00 with two psychotherapists)

GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY
Fortnightly group (2 hours) - £25.00 per group

RELAXATION & MEDITATION GROUPS
Weekly (1 hour) - £5.00 per session

As some of you are aware, we said goodbye to our beautiful Bear last month. The death of a pet can sometimes be more painful than a friend or human family member, after all, they are in our lives nearly every day, where our interactions often include unconditional love, cuddles, strokes, and baby talk.
