🍂Wow! Thank you to all who attended today's Yin Yoga workshop.
A full 2 and a half hours of delicious Yin Yoga on the theme of letting go.
I cant think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon, with my Yoga family holding space for them and eating chocolate covered cherries 🍒 😋

💫What an absolutely wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon! 2 1/2 hours of Yin Yoga with the beautiful sounds from Louise Emma.
💫Working with the Fire element, we tapped into the energy of the heart and sang with our voices through the Mantra 'Om, Mani Padme Hum'...well done to all who found this a little out of their comfort zone but did it anyway🔥
💫We have received some wonderful feedback, especially on how the Yin Yoga and Sound were combined to infuse them together beautifully.
💫It's almost time for my summer break and all classes and workshops will be back in September. If you want to hear about any future events (and get first dibs) send me a message and I can add you to my mailing list.

Practicing gratitude and contentment in this week's beginners class. 🙏 I am so grateful for each and every one of you lovely Yogis who choose to be part of our lovely Yoga family.
I am also very thankful to be off seeing Pulp this weekend! Wohoooo 🕺

Gratitude is the quiet force that shifts our focus from what is missing to all that is present, from what we wish for to what already is. It is not just a feeling, but a way of seeing, a lens through which the ordinary becomes extraordinary and the overlooked becomes sacred.

When we practice gratitude, we begin to notice the warmth in a smile, the blessings in every moment, the quiet wisdom uncovered in difficult moments, and the beauty woven into the everyday fabric of our lives. Life doesn’t become easier, but it becomes fuller, deeper, and more meaningful.

Gratitude teaches us that happiness is not a destination reached only when everything is perfect, but a state of being available in each moment we choose to recognize the good. In a world that constantly urges us to chase more, gratitude gently reminds us to pause, to breathe, and to realize that what we have right now may already be enough.

Is Yoga on your list for 2025? - BOOK A 1 WEEK TRIAL!
🙏2025 Classes start this week so it's the perfect time to book yourself in for a 1 week trial. If you have been thinking about trying Yoga this year you will me made very welcome by our lovely friendly Yoga community.
🙏Always wanted to try Yoga but are worried that it might be too hard or that you won't be any good at it? Having concerns that you wont "fit in" or that you feel you have to be super flexible to join a class? Please don't worry, all classes are suitable for complete beginners with no requirements to be bendy or fit.
🙏Yoga classes at Hart Village hall have a very welcoming and friendly feel whatever your starting point is which is perfect for beginners or for those who would like a gentler style of Yoga. The focus is on moving your joints to improve and retain mobility and at the same time building strength over time and of course lots of relaxation and healing breathwork.

Hi, my name is Louise Johnson. I specialise in teaching a gentler style of Yoga particularly beneficial if you are approaching mid life and beyond or if you are stressed out or worn out. I found the benefits of Yoga after suffering with back problems, work related stress & anxiety. Yoga transformed my life and I left my career as a college lecturer in accountancy to teach Yoga.
