Live Well Talking Therapies Talking therapies to help you manage life's challenges. It is not always easy to talk about your problems or to express your feelings.

If you have struggled with depression, sadness, anger, or any other of the many negative emotions in life, then maybe it’s time to get some help. I understand that this can be a difficult process and will support you through treatment, at a pace you are comfortable with. I offer a safe, confidential space for you to talk about yourself and the problems you are struggling with. Together we will work towards helping you manage your problems so you are better equipped to deal with life’s many challenges in the future. As a qualified practitioner in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person-Centred Counselling I am able to draw on a variety of tools and techniques to help you with whatever difficulties you are facing.
