As I’m not teaching yoga full time anymore and not promoting much I’m closing this page down.

I’m still teaching here and there, plan to teach some outdoor yoga in summer and do the occasional event. But over the last year my other job has picked up, life priorities have changed a bit and I’m not running this business in the way I used to.

I’ll still be sharing anything I’m teaching over on Instagram () and will share any local events/classes in all local Marple groups.

We’ll start the day by dropping off our yoga mats in the gorgeous event space at The Drop Off and we’ll head out on a local hike stopping for a snack break and a cold paddle for the brave. We’ll get back for a warm nourishing lunch followed by our winter wellbeing workshop where we’ll set some goals whilst we digest our food. Finally we’ll end the day with an extra long cozy yoga class that slowly winds down into a long relaxation.

Hey Marple yogis!
I’ve recently moved my weekly class from Romiley to Compstall Cricket Club (Ernocroft Road, Marple Bridge) and after trialling Tuesday evenings, have decided the class will run Mondays instead. I’m also away on holiday this month meaning a couple of classes are affected and to add to all that I’ve had to cancel this evenings class due to having the bad non-covid cold that’s doing the rounds! Really don’t want to pass it on.

🎉RETREAT ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉

2nd - 4th June 2023.
Near Lincoln, UK.

Join me for a weekend at the most incredible retreat venue hidden in the countryside near Lincoln. This is a weekend of vinyasa and yin yoga, walks, delicious food, evenings by the fire pit, morning meditations, beautiful sunsets and of course, other like-minded people.

We all stay in luxury eco pods tucked in the woods. Each has a private wood-fired hot tub, hammocks and the ability to stargaze from your bed!

Now here comes the DISCLAIMER - This retreat is on pre-sale meaning that I need to have at least 8 people signed up by Monday 24th October for it to go ahead.
Why??
Because often, yoga teachers don't make any profit at all until the final 2 or 3 people sign up. So to prevent the stress, I'd like to gauge that there is enough interest now. (12 places available overall)
