Morning stiffness is normal, but it shouldn’t keep you in bed ❌

Here’s how to get up:

1. Roll onto your side
2. Push up into a sitting position using your hands
3. Place your hands on your thighs, stand straight up (avoid leaning forwards)

Introducing our incredible PT & sports scientist, Sam!

Sam has degrees in sports performance enhancement and sport and exercise science from Edinburgh Napier University. His background gives him an in-depth and well-rounded understanding of how the human body works, including physiology, psychology, and biomechanics.

Sam has worked with athletes of varying levels and is great at developing plans for injury prevention and athletic performance. Though he also specialises in optimising performance for general well-being, longevity, and injury prevention for anyone and everyone.

Outside of work, you can catch Sam on the football pitch playing in the Scottish Lowland League!
