I used to think I needed to meditate more.
My body keeps asking me to move.
Sometimes the stillness of the mind can be only achieved through a physical movement.
You know this feeling when you try to force yourself to sit still, but your body and mind are on high alert?
Respect that state and don’t force the opposite.
This exercise is all about the joints.
Strong joints create a sense of internal safety.
Joints are where we meet load, pressure, and movement.
They’re designed to adapt — but when we don’t give them attention over time, they can quietly lose capacity, which often shows up later as pain, restriction, or compensation elsewhere.
They often become the places we avoid, protect, or disconnect from.
Strengthening the joints isn’t just physical.
It teaches the body that it can tolerate force and change without locking up or shutting down.
That it’s safe to be supported under load.
Strong, responsive joints send a quiet message to the nervous system:
you’re held, you’re stable, you can move from here.
A gentle note: this kind of joint work isn’t for everyone.
Some bodies need to build up gradually, modify, or avoid certain ranges depending on history, pain, or capacity. Listening matters more than pushing.
Sometimes emotions soften not because we analyse them, but because the body finally feels supported enough to let go.
Joint care isn’t about fear — it’s about longevity, resilience, and staying in relationship with your body for the long run.
Body Mind and Soul as one ☯️
Equal parts of one being
No separation and no hierarchy
Movement as meditation.
