The Environmental Protection Authority of New Zealand recently announced it will be banning ‘forever chemicals’ (PFAs - linked to health risks such as developmental issues, immune system disruption and hormonal/reproductive disruptors) in cosmetic products. This sets a clear precedence for other countries and a strong message that harmful chemicals have no place in cosmetics. These products are still legal in the UK and Tropic Skincare are leading the way in questioning their continued use in beauty products.
