Quick HIIT session today 😅💪. Give it a go:
**please spend 3-5 minutes warming up**
• DB Bent over back rows x 15 each side
• Sumo Burpees x 15
• Squat to overhead press DB x 15
• Squat Jacks x 20 😣
• Tricep press ups x 10
• High knee run x 1 minute

Repeat as many times as pos in 30 mins 💦.

If you hate high intensity cardio then walking is a great alternative. Yes, to burn a similar amount of calories you’d have to walk for longer than you would doing a HIIT BUT it’s a great way to clear your mind and see the beauty of the world while getting your heart pumping. Not all exercise has to be gruelling. 👩🏼‍🌾🐶.

Try it out:

- Single leg squat to bench x 10 reps
- DB 1.5 squat x 15 followed by 20 pulses
- Step reverse lunge (forward foot on step) x 15 - add weights for extra 🔥
- Forward to backward lunges - DB x 15
- Curtsy lunge - DB x 15
- Single Leg deadlift x 15 (DB or KB)

Repeat X 3
