Come and find us every Thursday from 31st July to 29th August at The Youthy & Community Hub on Thornaby Road.

We will be there to answer any of your questions, provide in depth detail of what services we can offer to support you or your loved one to remain living independently in their own homes.

We will also be delivering our HAF provision during the pop up event, were children aged 5-16 can benefit from healthy breakfast and a range of fun activities, pop along and see what we do or follow us for more information

We will be offering food and refreshments and goodies to take away!

Things are heating up!

We are reminding our colleagues and service users to stay cool and hydrated today as temperatures are set to rise throughout the day.

If you are one of our Care Assistants or Service Users please remember to stop by our Youth & Community Hub today if you are passing, we have our Hydration Station offering water and ice lollies.

There has been an AMBER Heat-Health Alert issued by the MET office for the North East - in effect between 12PM on 19/06/2025 until 9AM on 23/06/2025

Remember to:

🔵 Stay hydrated
🔵 Do not go outside unless absolutely necessary
🔵 keep curtains and blinds at windows exposed to the sun closed while the temperature outside is higher than it is inside
🔵 Open the curtains and windows once the temperature outside has dropped
🔵 Switch on fans if you have them
🔵 Reduce internal home temperatures by turning off unnecessary lights and electrical equipment
