Dry needling is very similar to acupuncture. Where by itβs a treatment technique used by therapists to relieve muscle tension which involves the insertion of thin needles into trigger points in the muscles.
It can be effective in treating a range of conditions, including neck and back pain, headaches, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and more.

My passion for a career in sports and remedial massaging came following many years competing in sports and suffering from muscular injuries myself. As I started to gain a more in-depth knowledge about the body and how it positively reacts to massaging, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the industry and strive to support others in reaching their full physical potential.β
I trained at the London School of Sports Massage and was awarded a BTEC level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. Following this I am proud to have built up a reputable mobile business over the past two years covering the Reading and Basingstoke areas. I pride myself on providing each of my clients with a service bespoke to meet their specific needs. This approach has enabled me to successfully grow my business and achieve a high level of client retention in sports, remedial and prenatal massages. βββββ
In addition to this the following details other activities I am delighted to have carried out during my career, to further expand my wealth of knowledge and gain more 'first hand' experience in the industry:
Worked in the shelters at the London Marathon, supporting runners with post race treatments.
Supporting the Aldermaston Rugby team, providing pitch side first aid, taping & strapping and sports massages before games and during training sessions.
Following a previous equestrian career, supporting riders with how they can help improve posture and teaching them a range of moments to enhance performance.
Facilitating the English rugby team with pre and post sports massages.
βTraining and competing in 'Strong Women' competitions to remain fit and physically challenged!
