Each video in the library combines all of these aspects, bringing you a creative practice & intuitive resource that you can take from the mat to the wall. You don’t need to be an elite climber or athlete to use this platform, if you enjoy climbing at any level & care about your physiology then this is for you! ABOUT PROJECT FLOW:
Each month Project Flow will be updated with new classes, from the

following categories:

Express 15-20mins: In this category you’ll find; full body mobility routines, short dynamic flows, breathing and meditation. Signature Flows 30-45mins: Dynamic flows that combine yoga, bodyweight exercises, mobility training, balance, and skills practice. These flows have an anatomical focus and encourage you to get to know your body whilst moving through different planes of motion. Conditioning 20-30mins: These classes include dynamic and isometric bodyweight strength exercise & core workouts, you’ll find ideas for warm-ups in this section, along with stand alone workouts. MEMBERS BENEFITS:
Full access to the entire Project Flow library with new classes added each month. This means you can go back to older classes to see improvements or try different variations. First month is totally free using the code FLOW4FREE. Online support - you can contact me any time with questions via email & I will respond within a couple of hours. Discounted 1-1 sessions either in-person or online via zoom. These are great for checking-in and working on anything specific! Cancel any time from your customer account page. To enjoy these classes you’ll need a space the size of a yoga mat to practice on, a yoga or workout mat & occasionally a blanket or a cushion.
