Sometimes the noise that tests us the most…
is actually a sign of something beautiful.

A child who sings loudly, chats endlessly, and fills the room with their energy isn’t being “too much” — they’re showing you they feel safe, secure, and free to be themselves.

And that’s something to be proud of ❤️✨💫

In a world that often asks us to quieten down, home should be the place where joy can be loud, messy, and completely unfiltered.

So next time it feels overwhelming, take a breath… and remember what that noise really means and maybe just join in the fun with them. ✨

Imagine it.
Believe it.
Achieve it.

In the middle of busy days, school runs, and endless to-do lists…
it’s easy to forget how powerful our thoughts can be.

The way we speak to ourselves matters —
and the way we model belief and calm for our children matters even more 🤍

Take a moment today to pause, breathe, and reset together.

You’re doing better than you think 💫

As a fun & wholesome weekend draws to an end, I take a moment to sit and reflect with my girls ✨

Fresh bedding on, a new candle glowing, and a little positive affirmation to set the tone. Taking this Sunday reset slowly — clearing the space, calming the mind, and filling the room with intention.

We’re feeling grounded, grateful, and ready for a week of new opportunities. 🕯️😌

The focus is always on getting better at feeling, not just feeling better. Feeling ‘better’ is temporary— but emotional capacity is lasting.

When we learn how to sit with discomfort instead of pushing it away, something profound shifts. The emotions that once felt overwhelming begin to feel manageable. The inner critic quietens. Self-trust builds.

This is the work we gently explore in my wellbeing sessions — not chasing constant positivity, but building emotional strength, awareness, and compassion, whilst understanding that calmness is always within.

Because when we’re no longer afraid of what we feel, we become freer in how we live.

This is where real self-trust flourishes.

What would change if you stopped fearing your feelings?

Wellbeing sessions for young minds - Nurturing the next generation 💫

✨Supporting calm and providing a space to rest and reset.
✨In a world that pushes chaos as productivity, we pull back, relax a little and release.
✨ Peer on Peer group work validates that we all experience a range of emotions daily and there’s no emotion to fear.
✨ 1-2-1 holistic practice reminds us that we have an inner calm that we can access at anytime.

It’s been a great start to year ❤️💫✨

A full on Sunday, but some reflection as a tired parent…

Syllabus classes, comps, rehearsals, associate classes…
Some weeks it feels like a lot.

But I recently read a reminder: “Your weekends are their childhood.” And it hit me — I won’t get this time back with them. They only have one childhood and it is here and now.

I’ve had my lazy Sundays and long lie-ins. This is their time, and I’m here for all of it (yawns and all). I hope that as they grow, they’ll always know they can count on me (and their dad) — to taxi them around, to support them, to cheer them on, to push them, and to nurture every goal and dream they have.

Here for it all ❤️ 💫✨

I’ve been extremely quiet on here recently, but it is simply because I have been enjoying moments with my girls and in my everyday life. We have been focusing on our own personal goals whilst being a cheerleader for each other and we have swapped intensity for consistency, including how much time we spend on screens and socials. It is refreshing!

A little bit everyday goes a very long way. Focus on a few basics and the rest will flow ✨💫

My personal goals -
Move my body daily
Keep building strength
Level shoulders on press ups
Everyday communication with my husband
Lead by example and be a good role model to my girls

Welcome

My name is Vik and I have created coffee, chill and spill as a resource for new mums to reach out to. After the birth of my second baby, I experienced severe anxiety; I found myself in a place I never thought I would be in and it was really scary and at times lonely. I really wanted to create a sense of community for new mums; A safe place to talk, or just to sit and have a little bit of focus on them. We have so many wonderful baby groups in the area (Stockport), but there is very little in the way of support for mums. We go through such a massive transition having a baby, and the main focus is on prenatal and birth care. However, recovery from birth and getting to grips with being a mummy were way harder than pregnancy for me. I have created this page, a closed Facebook group and also a Maternal well being group at Heaton Norris Community centre, that will run weekly. It will be open to mums who are feeling a little lost, isolated or just overwhelmed. A mother’s wellbeing is just as important as the baby’s wellbeing and I wanted to provide somewhere that supports that. Please do not hesitate to get in touch.
