🌞 Hot Weather Reminder: Stay Safe, Stay Hydrated! 💧

As temperatures rise, so does the risk of dehydration – especially for the very young, elderly, and those working or exercising outdoors.

🧠 Did you know? Dehydration can happen faster than you think and may lead to confusion, dizziness, and even fainting.

Here are a few quick tips to beat the heat:
