Hi I’m Lois, I am an experienced Complementary Therapist providing restorative Reflexology and Massage treatments to you in the comfort of your own home and at the Shangri-La Therapy room.

I aim to support you to significantly reduce your symptoms of stress through bespoke, targeted, healing treatments.

Here at Cotswold Holistic Therapy, each treatment is tailored to you as an individual, with the aim of restoring balance to mind, body and soul. I am a proud member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists who ensure that their registrants are trained to the highest standards and fully insured. My qualifications include;

Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies (Distinction*) which includes;

Reflexology

Massage

Aromatherapy

Anatomy & Physiology

Specialist Courses completed (Continued Professional Development);

Deep Tissue Massage

Pregnancy Massage

Hot Stone Massage

Infant Massage & Reflexology Instructor

I believe strongly that the fast paced lifestyle in which we live creates an environment for stress related conditions to take hold. Having previously worked as a Social Worker for a number of years, I personally understand how high stress levels can impact on wellbeing having experienced stress related burnout. This is what prompted me to re-train as a Complementary Therapist. I considered that many of my precious moments of true relaxation and peace, were cosied up on a massage couch receiving a treatment, and I just couldn't wait to help other people in the same way!

Taking time for yourself, switching off and allowing yourself the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate can have remarkable benefits to your overall health and wellbeing. Evidence shows that many physical and emotional health conditions are either created or exacerbated by stress. There is nothing that gives me greater joy than knowing my treatment has allowed someone to slow down, relax and let go of the stress and tension they've been carrying with them. I believe that holistic treatments are not a luxury, but rather a stepping stone on the pathway to wellness.
