Moments from our winter wellbeing day last weekend! We wanted to create space for people to come as they are, and have time for reflection and mindfulness as well as enjoying a shared love for nature, yoga and good food!
Everyone’s experience with wellbeing is so unique and individual. You don’t need one person preaching to you about what to do and not to do or about the right and wrong way to prioritise your health, you need people surrounding you who encourage you to try and figure it out for yourself, for you own situation and priorities. You might find people who nudge you and encourage you in certain directions but finding your own idea of happiness and wellness is where the longevity is! 💚
