Full Moon Rising - Tuesday 3rd March

The full moon reaches her peak this Tuesday, 3rd March - and you may already feel her light beginning to build.

There’s something about these few days before a full moon… emotions sit closer to the surface, thoughts feel brighter, energy can feel amplified.

Under the glow of the moon, the birch tree stands tall - a symbol of renewal, quiet strength, and fresh perspective. Birch reminds us that even after the darkest season, life begins again.

As we move towards Tuesday, you might take a moment to reflect:

• What has grown over this past month?
• What feels ready to be acknowledged?
• What is ready to be released?

You don’t need a big ritual.
Just a pause. A breath. A moment of awareness beneath the sky.

This Yoga & Massage Morning is designed as a soft landing for your nervous system. We start with a gentle, grounding yoga practice, breath-led movement to awaken the body, release stored tension, and bring you back into presence. Expect slow flows, deep stretches, and space to actually feel yourself.

After yoga, you’ll transition into restorative stillness while receiving a deeply relaxing massage. This is your time to soften completely. To let your muscles unwind. To allow your mind to quiet. To be held, without needing to hold everything together.

We finish with a mug of ceremonial cacao ♥️

This isn’t about pushing or performing. It’s about recalibrating. About remembering what it feels like to move and rest without pressure.

I love being part of these days ♥️

We gathered ready to work with Horse, Deer and Ash - marvelling at the beauty of the hides in their natural state.

Nervous slowly evaporated as we started to honour and work with each hide, preparing them to take that next step as they merged with the mighty Ash to become powerful new allies on our healing journeys.

Laughter and fun filled the space the worry vacated and four new drums joined the many before them who form part of our wonderful herd born at Caer Corhrain and around the world.
