A huge thank you to everyone who came along to last night’s Charity Sound Bath in support of the Sheppey Channel Champions

It was such a lovely evening filled with calm, community, and beautiful energy - and together we raised £155 to help the team on their journey to swim the English Channel in aid of SwimTayka , teaching children worldwide how to swim safely.

Thank you also to the Sailing Club for supporting us to put this event on.

Your support means so much - thank you for being part of it.

I’ll be holding another Charity Sound Bath on Saturday 29th November to carry on the fundraising efforts - booking details are on the events tab 😊

Join me tomorrow night at the Isle of Sheppey Sailing Club for a deeply relaxing Charity Sound Bath, supporting our local Sheppey Channel Champions as they train for their 2026 Channel Relay Swim in aid of SwimTayka.

This will be a soothing evening of sound and stillness - with crystal bowls, frequency tubes, flute, and gentle chimes designed to help you unwind, rebalance, and restore calm.

Every ticket helps raise vital funds for SwimTayka, a wonderful charity teaching disadvantaged children around the world to swim and respect the water.

Tickets are on a sliding-scale donation basis, so you can give what feels right for you - every contribution makes a difference.

Please bring a blanket and bottle of water, and arrive a little early to settle in before we begin.
