If you are looking for the most supportive and safe way to get into weight training, I cannot recommend highly enough ✨️.

I started just over a year ago, and I have found strength and stability in my body that I never knew was there! 💪🏋🏼‍♀️🙌.

It's also the BEST exercise to compliment Yoga, helping to strengthen muscles and stabilise joints, so you can stretch much more safely! 👌🧘🏼‍♀️

More than this, it is such a kind, safe space and full of giggles! It's been a real highlight for me this year and kept me going through the tougher times! 🌻
