There is nothing I love more than to feel the sand between my toes and the cool ripples of the sea around my feet. 🌊
But, seeing as though I live miles away from the closest beach, it’s not something I can do every day.
Instead, I have to find other ways of grounding myself and finding balance. Amatsu is definitely one of them. Feeling the difference in my whole body after a treatment, from my sore hip to my energy levels, there’s always a change. Always something that tells me that part of the puzzle has been mended and we can move on to the next. 🧩
There isn’t a magic pill to suddenly feeling better. It’s a journey. But it’s a journey Amatsu has helped me hugely with.
