PLEA FOR HELP!!
To all patients who use the NHS app - please spread the word. When you setup your NHS app, you are asked to provide an email address and possibly a contact number.
If we hold different or outdated contact details and need to refer you to Hospital, your NHS app will not sync with the referral system and you will not be able to see your referral or any associated documentation in your NHS app.
So we are asking EVERYONE please to make sure your contact details held by us are identical to the ones you have on your NHS app.
You can update your contact details online, pop in to let us know, or drop us an email (ramsbury.reception2@nhs.net)
