Embracing the power of movement during the third trimester! 💪 Exercising during pregnancy isn’t just safe, it’s incredibly beneficial for both mama and baby. From boosting energy levels to easing discomfort, staying active helps prepare your body for childbirth and promotes a smoother recovery post-delivery.

Whether it’s gentle yoga, swimming, antenatal exercise class, or simply taking a brisk walk, prioritize your well-being for your future self. 🧡 (you don’t have to be squatting with barbells and deadlifting with dumbbells).
