You finally find a way to stay there for a year - visa in hand - organise it, leave your home in the UK, landing full of excitement at this new unfolding adventure.....
..only to discover when you get there that you have been parachuted into a paradise island where there is chronic disorder... and chaos and challenge is thrown at you on every front...?!

This is what happened to Paula Carnell after she arrived in the Cocos Keeling Islands with her husband Greg..

After three months of feeling blocked on every front, her motivation ebbing away and feeling desperate, Paula realised she needed some serious help to start to shift things...

This is a message for you if your motivation, has, as one of my recent clients put it, 'gone down the toilet'

Maybe you've started going to bed later, not getting up when you want to, eating crap food, stopped going to the gym, or doing yoga, you're finding it hard to concentrate when you DO sit down to work, and part of you just doesn't seem to care anymore...

This can be sooooo frustrating, especially if you are blessed with a big mission and you know you need to be following really good habits to be in the right zone and energy to have the clarity and inner drive to do what you are fulfil your calling...

So here's something that came to me today - When we take action to improve our physical, psychological, mental, emotional and spiritual health, we change our energetic identity - we upgrade to a new level -

BUT most of us never think of taking our home environment along for the energetic ride... so we are living in spaces that are consistently reflecting back to us our old energetic reality - which of course conflicts with the new one we have worked so hard to achieve - and the old patterns of energy can so easily drain us and drag us back and undermine our efforts...

So there is a strong connection between your performance and your property, and how difficult it is to maintain your performance if the energy in your home is not matching your new energetic identity or vibration.

Instead of berating yourself, or pushing harder against the resistance to the things you need to be doing to be in optimum health... go out for a walk then walk into your house and see what happens to your energy - if there's a drop it's a sure sign that you have 'outgrown' its energetic blueprint - and at this point I know lots of people start thinking 'I must leave' 'It's time to leave' - but maybe it's time to take on that the energy in your home needs an upgrade so that rather than sucking the life out of you, it can be turned around into energy that reflects, or even exceeds (!) your new energetic identity so it can support and maintain you at ever higher energetic levels and the good health and fitness habits can all come back with the least possible effort....

Every week we will be delving head first into the problems properties have that are slightly less visible than the ordinary.

I love the opportunity of working 'on site' - and this week I've been doing some great work up in the East RIding of Yorkshire with Diane Simpson at YellowTop Country Park - However, I also work remotely with people in places I can't easily get to - and yes I know some people find this hard to 'get their heads' around - so thought I'd share one of my most recent remote healings to show how it works for people - Here's the experience of Yantra de Vilder, over in Queensland, Australia...

I moved into my lovely new home about 4 months ago, however I soon began to sense some unsettling things. My sleeping patterns became interrupted, I could feel a strange sensation on my skin whoever I walked into bedroom, and my moods seem to decline.

All was not well.

One sleepless night when I was scrolling through Facebook I came upon Kathryn’s triumphant call to action in clearing and healing homes.

I realised that this was the breakthrough that I was looking for.
Kathryn and I spent an initial time talking together, then she sent me a most comprehensive set of questions. These questions were really useful as it made me identify what was really going on, for me and my home, and articulate it in a way I hadn’t done before.

When it came to our session I was amazed by Kathryn’s attention to detail, love, caring and understanding. But most of all I was impressed by her presence. Even though I am in Australia and she is in England our session had a potency and immediacy to it that left me feeling healed and restored.

Our first session went fo0r a couple of hours- she not only worked on clearing my home, but she first worked on clearing me- which is ultimately at the source of everything.

Kathryn helped me identify some patterns of behaviour that are not serving me. I have had many therapy sessions in my life but no one has uncovered the core wound that Kathryn revealed.

But it doesn’t end there, Kathryn’s love and care for each client goes beyond just the first session and she contacted me for follow ups to check in with how I was going. This is a rare in a healer to act in such an ongoing caring way.

I am deeply grateful to Kathryn for her gifts. I am now sleeping soundly, and the strange feelings that I had in my home have dissipated.

My dog also was unwell since we moved in here, and since my session with Kathryn I am happy to report that Hamish is doing much better.

Has the Doctor EVER asked you the following questions when you've rocked up with a health problem...

'Well, Mr X or Ms X...

Could you tell me what the atmosphere in your home is like?

Can you tell me what symptoms you are getting living there that you didn't have where you lived before?

Do they ease when you go out?

Have you ever considered how your home might be affecting (or even causing?) this health challenge you have told me about?'

I think it's a question that doctors should definitely ask.

Mainstream medicine treats bodies and minds 'as if' a patient's home environment was inert, neutral and irrelevant when it comes to dealing with health challenges.

Yet there are homes where there's always conflict. - it doesn't matter whether the residents had issues before, once they move in to the home that has a 'history of conflicts', the arguments start...

There are other homes were couples always separate when they go and live there.

Yet other homes where people can't sleep, or fall into deep depression or suffer serious health challenges.

Nothing any of them had before.

Nothing any of them knew about before they moved in either as there's no question on the Sellers Property Information Form about emotional, psychological, health and relationship challenges that sellers have suffered while living in the property.

Imagine if there WAS!!!

Imagine if you got the heads up on the emotional energies you could expect to find in your new place.

It might make you think twice about moving in....!

Imagine if there was greater awareness about how emotions that are suppressed or repressed, traumas that go healed, deaths that aren't fully grieved, relationships that aren't let go of, shocks that aren't processed get impacted over time into layer upon layer of trapped emotional energy that lingers in various parts of your space.

This often creates an energy-sapping atmosphere that affects peoples' thoughts, feelings, moods, behaviour and sometimes even their health.

It's easy to blame yourself or your past and think there must be something wrong with you,

Then if you go to the doctor, the doctor will treat your symptoms without considering the impact of the emotional residues you are living in.

Imagine if your doctor understood how some houses can affect mental and physical health and sent you home with a prescription that read...

'Contact a Home Emotional Energy Clearing Specialist asap.
Come back and see me after three months.
I don't imagine you will need to.'

Have you ever wondered how it can be that you go for an energy clearing or healing session, and feel amazing...
..and then you get home and a kind of grey smog descends on you as soon as you go through the door?

you might be thinking maybe the healing session didn't work, or didn't last... or OMG there must be so much more 'wrong' with me that needs healing...

However, it could well be that there are layers of unexpressed emotions packed into the atmosphere that you have been living with and thinking was 'you' - when really it could be emotional energy that is trapped in your home and causing you to feel down, despondent, depressed, sad or desperate...

So where does this life-sapping emotional energy come from?

And why isn't it cleared when I go for a healing session?

This is because when I am invited into homes to read these emotional energies, they are living in the atmosphere - not in you!

and they start to reveal themselves...

All homes have them in varying degrees, but it's when they are affecting your health, your mood, your motivation, your relationships, your sleep, your joie de vivre - they can be devastating, and if you know this is happening to you, it's so worth doing the forensic work to see

* what they are
* where they come from
* what needs to happen to shift them
* how life-enhancing energies can be brought in so you can live in those instead...

So - where do these energies come from?
That's what we start to discover
They could have originated from anywhere - grief from previous owners who lost a much loved one, who experienced heartbreak or massive loss in their lives, anger from a house sale or relationship that broke down, inner conflicts that were suppressed... it could be the architect's intentions that weren't the highest, builders who felt undervalued and put those feelings into buiding the walls, and/or any number of agonies, shocks and traumas experienced by people who lived, worked or walked on the land but were never fully felt, integrated and released..

What remains are emotional currents in your property. They are like emotional residues which appear to me as situations and stories that still have a 'charge' and are having very unwanted affects on all who live and work there -

And they need to be released so that you can live in your own emotions, thoughts and ideas rather than cluttered energy echoes from the past.

The more I do this work, the more people tell me they've heard of psychic activity going on and the power of feng shui... but they have never really considered how some of previous owners and their own deep un fully expressed emotions could still be 'sitting' in different parts of their home - just like traumas and shocks can sit in specific parts of the body... nor that these could have accumulated over time to envelop them like a fog, preventing them from functioning in a healthy way.

So I wanted to share this possibility for you to consider when you are sitting at home and wondering why, after all the healing and clearing you have done, all the sage you have cleared your home with, clutter you have cleared out, things still don't feel right....

Maybe it's not YOU who needs healing, but your home
