Instead focus on what you can ADD into your days - nutrients, colours, veggies, lean protein sources, wholegrains, WATER.

Start building healthy and sustainable habits for the long term, don’t just think short term.

A shout out post to every single person I was able to work with this year 💛

Being able to help people in so many different ways is why I adore what I do.

When I see hard work pay off, goals achieved, people living a happier healthier life, or feeling more confident in themselves, it’s the best feeling knowing I’ve been apart of that journey.

My diary is already filling up for the new year which makes me so excited ⚡️

I have also been working hard on building something which I am so excited to launch in the new year… more on that to come soon 🚀
