A gentle reminder from a young adult 🧍🏻‍♀️…
Remember, there are always other options.
Don’t compare yourself to others or be hard on yourself. You have the rest of your life ahead of you!
Your best is always enough.

💫 While you wait, here are some thoughts to keep in mind...
Spend time doing things that bring you joy.
Surround yourself with family and friends who lift you.
Talk to someone you trust if you’re feeling anxious.
Treat yourself with kindness-talk to yourself as you would to a best friend.

• Keep things in perspective; results aren’t everything.

💫Lastly, remember...
Exam results do not define who you are.

• Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small.
Your journey is unique and important.
You matter, you’re important, and you are loved.

How I can support you…

Drawing on my experience and various approaches, I aim to help you feel more calm and supported- whether you’re waiting for exam results or at any other time.

Many of my younger clients report feeling “lighter” and “less stressed,” experiencing the calming effects of Reiki, and sleeping better after sessions with me.✨

Through our work together, many young people have gained coping strategies and built resilience.

We’ve been busy creating a perfect day for you and I am delighted to be collaborating with the beautiful inside and out .meagher ♡ - and grateful to share with my lovely friend who has taught me so much ♡

June is highly regarded in the holistic community and is an experienced and respected wellbeing and holistic mentor. She facilitates insightful workshops, retreats, and courses across the UK and Europe. 🌎

Our first Inner Light one day retreat at ✨:

Ryton Village Hall, Dorrington, Shrewsbury. SY5 7NB

Being held on Saturday, 27th September, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Early bird prices are £38 (£28 concession to low wage, pensioners, carers and students)

We will offer:

Why it’s hard to feel safe:

Your nervous system is like a highly sensitive alarm system, constantly scanning for threats to your wellbeing.

What happens when we stay stuck:

When you consistently override its warnings—staying in toxic relationships, working past your limits, saying yes when you mean no—it learns to sound louder alarms.

Alarms get louder:

What starts as mild anxiety can become panic attacks. Fatigue can turn into chronic exhaustion. Discomfort may become physical pain.

Your body is trying to protect you:

Your body isn’t betraying you. It’s trying to keep you safe.

The body as a storybook:

Your body holds trauma, tension, fear, and cycles of pain. But it also holds the potential for joy, safety, love, and peace.

Healing begins when safety is felt:

Your body can shift from being a place of pain to a place of healing—when it experiences safety, connection, and regulation.

How I can support you:

Blending a range of my expertise to suit your unique circumstances, helping your body feel safe again.

School holidays are here, and I know many teachers and staff are feeling exhausted. Tired mums and dads juggling end-of-school activities, childcare, and work. Some students are feeling anxious while waiting for exam results...

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to forget that we need a break—often pushing ourselves even when we’re tired or stressed, thinking we can handle more. But ignoring these signals can catch up — leaving us drained, out of sorts, and overwhelmed.

Listening to your body’s subtle signals is key. Prioritising your wellbeing and taking moments to pause, breathe, and recharge isn’t a luxury — it’s essential for staying balanced and resilient.

Simple ways to recharge each day:

✨Practice deep breathing to activate relaxation.
💧Stay hydrated to support energy and focus.
🌿Spend time outdoors to reduce stress.
🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️Take short breaks to reset your mind.
🚫Limit screen time before bed for better rest.
