✨🩷REFLEXOLOGY🩷✨

💫 Preparing your body during winter months with reflexology foot massage is a holistic approach to boosting the immune system, increasing circulation, and managing the physical and emotional toll of colder months.

💫It’s a very beneficial therapy which can also help to counter winter-specific issues like stiff joints, fatigue, and cold extremities.

I’m going to be available Saturdays now for appts .

Remember her… 🩷

It is almost the year of the fire-horse and in preparation I want to share my little firecracker poem….🔥It will sow a seed 🌱

REMEMBER HER?

Somewhere inside of you,
there’s a little firecracker with her arms folded and a frown on her face.
She isn’t happy about all the times you said no when you wanted to say yes.
All the times you said yes when you wanted to say no.
She wanted you to buy the ticket.
She wanted you to take that trip.
She definitely wanted you to take that risk,
the one that may have just opened a whole new world.
She wants you to remember what it feels like to run to the sea without a care in the world and splash and laugh till you ache. To face the day without a fear in your heart and embrace every opportunity that comes.
She doesn’t understand why you won’t wear the bikini.
She doesn’t understand why you won’t eat the cake.
She doesn’t understand why you don’t let it go.
She definitely doesn’t understand why you accept second best.
Somewhere inside there is a little girl who wonders at the adult you’ve become..
She still has many things she wants to learn and so many people still to meet.
She still has food she’d like to taste and parties she wants to dance at.
She still has places she wants to visit and wonders she wants to stare at.
Somewhere inside you, there is a little firecracker, desperate to see more of this thing we call life.
Go get her, she’s fun.

Brigid’s Veil Ritual

Story:
Brigid, also known as Brighid, is a goddess of hearth, home, and fertility in Celtic tradition. Her veil symbolizes protection, blessings, and the turning of seasons. In the festival of Imbolc (February 1st), the veil is honored to welcome light, new beginnings, and spiritual renewal.

Traditional Practice:
• On the night of February 1st, part of the veil is placed outside to absorb the energy of the season, moon, and elements.
• The other part can be used as your personal scarf, shawl, or cloak, believed to carry Brigid’s protective energy.
• The veil is collected on February 2nd, after a night of exposure, symbolizing release, protection, and renewal.

How to do it traditionally:
1. Prepare your veil, scarf, or cloth with intention.
2. At nightfall on February 1st, leave the veil outside (garden, balcony, or window).
3. Focus on thoughts of light, protection, and new beginnings.
4.Fix your altar
5. Collect the outdoor on February 2nd, thanking Brigid for her guidance.
6. Use the veil as a scarf, wrap, or decoration, carrying its energy with you.

Symbolism:
• Half outside → the day at night connection with the earth, sky, and seasonal energies
• Half in the morning kept and then you take it inside → personal protection, guidance, and renewal
• The ritual marks the transition from winter to spring, a time for hope, cleansing, and spiritual growth
