Welcome to a coaching relationship that puts being well at the heart of doing well. I provide Positive Psychology coaching programmes designed to enhance wellbeing and move you towards clearly defined, cherished goals. Coaching programmes based on specialist Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology training at the University of East London (MSc Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology).

Positive Psychology is the science of "Flourishing" (optimal human functioning), a field of research which seeks to understand how, when and why we feel and function at our best, even in the face of adversity. Cornerstones of Positive Psychology research include Character Strengths, Flow, Hope, Optimism, Resilience and Post-traumatic Growth. Coaching Psychology is a specialist field of psychology that applies psychological theories and concepts to the practice of coaching. The aims of Coaching Psychology are to enhance wellbeing and performance through evidence-based interventions grounded in scientific research. Tonight, we all have a once-in-lifetime opportunity to connect...
..With human beings across the world, with our ancestors, with our descendants, and with the story of time & space ✨

A wonderful & timely reminder from the universe that we are all part of something bigger... that are all connected 🌍

For those in the UK: Once the sun sets, from around 5pm, look just to the left of where the sun set (South West), and look low on the horizon.

That bright “star” is Saturn & Jupiter, the most immense neighbours in our solar system.

Tonight, their orbits around the sun takes them 0.1 degrees apart, making them appear as one.

The last time this “conjunction” took place with such clarity was 1st March 1226. It will not appear as brightly again until 25th August 2414.

I look forward to sharing this magical experience with you tonight 🪐✨🙌

It was not always so, but this is how I understand obstacles. As opportunities. And I believe this is part of what it means to be a successful human.

By changing our approach to something - or someone - we transform our experience of it.
