Namaste Yogis,

Easter Holiday dates this year run from Friday 4th April to Monday 21st April. We will be taking a pause during the Easter Holidays.

All classes will be running before and after the Easter Holidays.

It’s Christmas time….. 🎄

I took my last class of 2024 yesterday and what a year it’s been. 🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘

Thank you to all my wonderful yogis who come to the mat and practice, who take time in their day be still, to be conscious, to take care of themselves and others around them simply by showing up 🥰

And….. an extra special thank you for all my cards and gifts and to Pat Lannin for your hilarious t-shirt that made us all laugh yesterday and Kay Pomp and Petals for your beautiful, stunning wreath ❤️ I love it!

Our Autumn term of yoga starts next week…. 🧘🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️

Abbotswood Community Center Classes are as follows:

Mondays
Beginners 6 week course - 6pm to 7pm 9/9 to 14/10
Living yoga Level 1 - 7.10pm to 8.10pm

Tuesdays
Gentle Yoga - 10am to 11am

Wednesdays
Vinyasa Yoga - 10am to 11am

Fridays
Gentle Yoga - 10am to 11am

Every class will include authentic breathing practices, physical movement and mental focus. All welcome 🙏🏻

We are coming in to Spring and a brand new term of Yoga starting Monday 15th April......

Please see my summer 2024 timetable listed below.

Living Yoga Beginners – Mondays, 6pm to 7pm – June 3rd to July 15th.
Perfect for complete beginners to yoga, yogis returning or anyone who wants to learn this life changing method from scratch.
Over the 6 weeks we will cover, 26 yoga postures, 2 breathing techniques, 1 deep relaxation and just enough yoga philosophy to make a difference.

Living Yoga Level 1 – Mondays, 7.10pm to 8.10pm, Fridays 11am to 12pm.
The next stage on from beginners.
An authentic hatha yoga practice, for any level, allowing you to shed your old skin with every session.

Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays, 10am to 11am and Fridays, 9.40am to 10.40am.
A yoga session for all levels, beginners welcome.
Each session focuses on taking care of the everyday build-up of stress, aches and pains.
Keeping the body active and the mind free from external worry.

Vinyasa Yoga – Wednesdays, 10am to 11am.
We will use traditional yoga postures and traditional breathing techniques, improving mental and physical stamina.

*Timetable Amendments this week due to illness*

Mondays 7.10pm LYL1 class, January 22nd has been cancelled unfortunately, but an extra session has been added on February 12th to compensate. This is normally the half term break week.

Tuesdays Gentle Yoga will still go ahead as planned and be run by a wonderful yoga teacher and friend of mine Gaynor. She is very experienced and knows exactly what she is doing so Gaynor will take very good care of you this week whilst I’m recovering.

Wednesdays Vinyasa class will also still go ahead with the guidance from the lovely Gaynor. I have worked with Gaynor many times in the past and she has a huge amount of experience in this area. Enjoy!

Fridays LYL1 will go ahead as normal with me, all being well.

Yoga With Carly

I am a qualified Yoga Teacher in Authentic Hatha Yoga, Living Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga with over 10 years’ experience. Locally based in North Baddesley and a mum of 2.

Yoga can mean different things to different people, everyone is unique.

For me a regular yoga practice has helped me to stay physically fit, mentally focused and energetically balanced.

I teach a range of classes from Gentle Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Living Yoga up to more advanced Yoga Deepening classes.
