Just a polite request when booking appointments!

I completely understand extenuating circumstances and illnesses can occur but PLEASE check your diary when booking appointments.

I kindly send you a reminder a day or two prior to your appointment. If you have an event or holiday booked, please be courteous and give me more than 24 hours notice should you not be able to attend.

My cancellation policy does state, less than 24 hours notice will incur the full fee.
In all my years of being self employed, I have only once charged a cancellation fee. I really want to avoid asking for full payment or non returnable deposits at the point of booking (like a lot of businesses do nowadays) 😪

I'm sure you would find it rather frustrating turning up for work to be told, "we don't need you this morning and that will be reflected in your pay!" 🙄
