The Bowen Technique is a gentle hands-on treatment using precise rolling moves over muscles, many of No hard pressure, no clicks and crunches.

The Bowen Fascial Release Technique uses rolling type moves over muscles, tendons, and ligaments via the fascia: the layer of soft connective tissue between the skin and muscles. There are a series of short rest breaks to allow the body to respond, adjust, and rebalance. Bowen treats the whole person, not just the symptoms of concern, and is deeply relaxing. I have a clinic at Thelbridge, near Witheridge approx 20 minutes drive from Tiverton, South Molton, and Crediton.
