It costs £350 a month to feed 75 people, that's the carers and the children.
They are constantly running out of food, which is mostly rice. What you will pay to me will feed this gorgeous group of children for a week. 🥰

Today I had a lovely time running a mini workshop for some lovely ladies. We covered chakras, energy, crystals and visualisation. Working with how to be aware of and shift our own blockages.

Its been a long time since I posted on Face Book. I took a break from doing so as I felt challenged by someone close to me with negative views. It made me feel cautious as to using Face Book as a platform.
Taking a break while I reflected has been ok though, I've never stopped with the therapy and energy work as I totally believe in it and if it offers a value, a new way of thinking and feeling to people who need something positive and calm in their lives then it's the right thing.
So I will be re-posting soon, read or ignore, laugh or share, its up to you. 🌻🌻🌻

There seems to be a serious nose dive on the energy front at the moment, with colder weather, dark evenings and bugs and viruses rampaging.
However I believe a whole lot of it can be fixed by ourselves and energy work is something you can do by yourself to boost your ability to cope in the winter months.
This beautifull Apetite crystal is definately an aid to me helping me to detect where sluggish energy lies and how to lift it.

Trying to connect with the fire that burns can be difficult if not, way beyond peoples thoughts. Everyone is so busy with so much STUFF! . There's very little time for things that ignite us and drive us. But everyone has a fire in their belly waiting for the flames to be fanned.

The strange thing about crystals is that , apart from their natural beauty, they do actually vibrate and their vibration is in tune with the human body. This is why we have a connection with them. Large crystal rock forms can apparently give off quite powerfull vibrations and even the most sceptical have been amazed by their energy.
There are hundreds of stones available, each having a different meaning, property or power. Why not go and choose one for yourself. Choose which one you are drawn to, as this is most likely one that you have a connection with and one that you possibly need at this time in your life.

We all have our weaknesses....yes even me! 😁...mine is often engaging mouth before brain! This lovely crystal is sodalite and it's one of my favourite pieces of jewellery. The colour is amazing.
But the reason I wear it is for its many properties. It's a beautiful crystal formed by minerals; it generates a calmness and sense of well being. For allowing yourself to absorb and read situations, speaking calmly with clarity and feeling inner peace.
Relating to the 3rd eye and throat chakras, sodalite keeps you in touch with your intuition and then guides you to speak your truth with integrity and kindness.
