Family Support Adviser, Natalie, will be attending Ockendon Family Hub’s Just For You group on Tuesday 9th September.

She will be there to support local families and signpost parents & carers to useful resources from SNAP and from other organisations across Essex.

Free Drop-In Sessions for Young People – Basildon 💬

Do you know a young person aged 11 to 17 who could use a safe space to talk, relax, and get support?

The Expresso Yourself drop-in runs every Friday at Southernhay Youth Centre, Basildon. It’s a free, welcoming space where young people can chat with friendly Youth Workers and NHS Mental Health Practitioners.

• Support with stress, emotions, and coping strategies
• No booking needed, just turn up
• A friendly environment to chill and chat
