Hi everyone, here are my weekly classes I've also a few events and retreats coming up throughout 2026 🌿

Wednesdays: 6pm

💻I also teach an online class from home via Zoom:
Tuesdays at 1030am - you're welcome to join wherever you are 😊

🌿Alongside weekly classes, I run day retreats and yoga retreats throughout the year including yoga, walking and paddleboarding. Locations include the Peak District, Snowdonia, the French Alps and Greece.

This week I’ve been working one-to-one with a client recovering from a hip replacement, supporting her return to movement through carefully adapted, rehabilitation-focused yoga.
This kind of work is about far more than individual poses. It’s about understanding strength imbalances, movement patterns, confidence, and what the body needs at different stages of recovery and then tailoring the practice accordingly.

It’s a Mid-Morning Vinyasa Flow – energising but grounding, perfect for getting some movement in and resetting your day. Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout.

This week I’ve been working with a client recovering from a hip replacement, supporting their return to movement through carefully adapted, recovery-friendly yoga.

With the right approach, yoga can be a powerful tool in rehabilitation helping to rebuild strength, improve mobility, restore balance, and, just as importantly, rebuild confidence in the body after surgery.

With over 15 years’ experience teaching yoga, and qualifications across different yoga traditions and styles, I draw on a wide range of training and knowledge in my work. Over the years I’ve worked with sports people, as well as pre- and postnatal women, and I love bringing that experience into rehabilitation-focused sessions that are safe, supportive, and tailored to the individual.

This week I’m working with a client who’s recently had a hip replacement, and it’s been such a great reminder of how supportive yoga can be during recovery. 💚

With the right modifications, yoga can help rebuild strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence in the body again gently and safely.

I’ve been teaching for 15 years and I’m trained in different yoga traditions and styles, working with everyone from sports people to pre/postnatal women.

I love drawing on all of that experience, training, and knowledge to support people through rehabilitation.

We’ll begin with a soothing restorative flow—slow, supported movement and longer holds to ease tight muscles, relax the body, and invite a sense of steadiness and ease. Then you’ll melt into stillness for a nourishing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to guide you into a deeper state of rest and reset.

Expect cosy lighting, grounding breathwork, and a peaceful space to simply let go. No experience needed—just come as you are.

Perfect for: stress relief, better sleep, nervous system support, and starting your weekend feeling calm, clear, and restored.
