Sharing my invitation here too.

As I said in the original post, I had no cognitive idea about why I felt the nudge to sign up for this work 7 and a bit years ago.

Now I realise that it was my inner wisdom and I am forever grateful that I chose to follow it. It’s been a while since I have posted anything on this page.

I have delighted in flowing with the seasons and being in the slower winter energies. It has felt more light this year to me and for that I am really thankful.

The autumn was when building work began on the house I live in. It continues and the builders need a stretch of good weather to continue with the external work. In one sense it’s a bit of an eyesore as the work is in progress and yet honestly showing the scars of repair. I like how it is evolving, much less so the noise and the dirt!!

I’ve been continuing with:

🍂🐈🔭🌱✨Being Present and resourcing myself especially when immersing myself in nature

💗⭕️🌍 Holding Space; for myself, 1:1, in circle and for what is evolving in life.

♾️🔗🛜🤝 Connection; with myself, with loved ones, in communities I’m part of, coaching. Giving myself grace and allowing for when my energy has meant less physical “doing”

🌈🌬️🧘🏼‍♀️Practicing; Reiki, Breathwork, meditation, yoga and dance

🥗🎨🪴Creativity and Play; playing with paint, and fibre, cooking and baking, planting and gardening.

💚💞❤️‍🔥 Collaboration. I’m still a Weleda Advisor, I’ve been working with Joey Walters, founder of Rising Connected on a couple of things including a Wisdom Journey Circle beginning next month and with Dr Sarah Madigan in the Joy Movement, supporting her virtual and actual events.

🧹🛍️🫧 There’s been the general washing, grocery shopping, cleaning going on too!

Grateful for all the breakthroughs.
