AYURVEDIC MASSAGE ANYONE????

This time last week, I was in Nottingham training with this lovely bunch at Tri-Dosha, learning Ayurvedic Massage, and honestly, what a week it was. I’d been looking at different trainings for ages, wanting to find one that really aligned with me, and I’m so glad I chose Tri-Dosha. Sunita Passi, the founder and our teacher, was absolutely brilliant, such a powerful mix of wisdom, knowledge, humour and heart.

It was a full-on, intensive week, and I won’t lie, I was shattered by the end, so much to take in and absorb, but I absolutely loved every minute of it. The group energy was beautiful, everyone was so open and supportive, and we even had plenty of laughs along the way. It just felt right.

I was first introduced to Ayurveda around four years ago during my Menopause Yoga training, and I remember being instantly drawn to it. I love how Ayurveda is deeply connected to yoga, both are rooted in ancient wisdom, both focus on balance, healing and self-awareness, and both support the body, mind and soul as one. I always knew I would come back to Ayurveda at the right time… and that time is now.

So now it’s time for me to start bringing this beautiful practice to you, gorgeous lot. I’ll be offering Ayurvedic Massage very soon, and I’ll be sharing special introductory offers shortly, so keep your eyes open!

Living with back pain can feel overwhelming. Even the smallest movement can bring hesitation: “Will this hurt? Should I avoid that?”

It’s natural to think yoga isn’t for you. I felt the same way at first until I discovered how healing the right approach can be.

Gentle, mindful yoga doesn’t push you past your limits. Instead, it supports you with props, modifications and practices that strengthen the core, ease tension and create more freedom in the spine.

I am a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher with over 3 years teaching experience. Having completed my 200 hour teacher training with internationally renowned Yoga and Pilates teacher Elena Voyce PHD of Teach Yoga, I am now also trained in Yoga Nidra and a qualified Pilates teacher. I have dipped in and out of Yoga and Pilates for many years and enjoy both practices very much, and I love to focus on body awareness and breath work.
