💙 Bereaved Men’s Peer Support Group 💙
Our Bereaved Men’s Peer Support Group has been running for an incredible 10 years 🤝
The men meet at the hospice on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, coming together for a cuppa, a sandwich and a good catch‑up. What’s really special is that many of the men have built lasting friendships and continue to meet up outside the group too.
A simple space, shared understanding, and the power of connection 💬💙

🎩🌸 Easter Bonnet Parade fun in our Wellbeing Centre! 🌸🎩
We had a fantastic time celebrating creativity, colour and a whole lot of laughter at our Easter Bonnet Parade.

Everyone got involved and the atmosphere was just fantastic 💛

We had some brilliant runners-up, with prizes for John for most Imaginative, Leo for most Joy-Bringing, and Sylvia for Best "Springtime Vibes" but a huge congratulations to John, who took the top spot with the Most Original bonnet 🏆👏
Smiles all round, plenty of fun. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make it such a special day 🌼✨

💛 Monthly Carers Relaxation Group 💛

Yesterday we held our Carers Relaxation Session, led by our Complementary Therapist Jayne and Occupational Therapist Rachael.

🗓 First Wednesday of every month
⏰ 10:30–11:30
📍 Marie Curie Hospice, Liverpool

The session includes breathwork, guided visualisation and anxiety management techniques, and is open to anyone caring for someone with a palliative care condition.

🐣👒 Easter creativity in full bloom! 👒🐣

Our wellbeing centre in the Liverpool Hospice has been buzzing with colour and laughter as patients got stuck into making their very own Easter bonnets, and then proudly modelling their wonderful creations too! 💐✨

There’s been so much excitement, creativity and fun, with everyone having a fabulous time taking part.

The judging will be taking place later this week, so watch this space to find out who will be crowned our Easter Bonnet winner! 🏆🌸
