Workshops & Group Sessions (Equestrian Focus)
For riders, fitness needs to complement your sport, not exhaust you before you get in the saddle.
Equestrian fitness workshops and small group sessions can be incredibly valuable for:
• Core stability specific to riding
• Pelvic control and alignment
• Hip mobility
• Lower leg stability
• Injury prevention for common rider issues (lower back, hips, shoulders)
• Understanding asymmetry in the saddle
Group settings can also:
• Build community
• Increase motivation
• Allow sport-specific discussion
• Provide education alongside exercise
When done correctly, equestrian fitness isn’t about “just getting stronger” it’s about improving position, balance, and communication with your horse.
